Ulm proofed PPK/S in .380 from the '70s, with Interarms import markings, in LNIB condition typically close on GB between a low of $800 and a high of $1,500. Typical these days is right around $1,000 - $1,200. That's for perfect condition with all box, papers, etc.It was made in the 1944 -1945 timeframe. The "K" series and serial number on the slide and frame are correct for your serial number. The Eagle/N stamps are commercial proofs.
