So I'm trying to come back to skyrim modding in 2024. I haven't done it since like 2021 and I know that there have been some recent updates that are breaking everything. I currently have the latest version of SKSE available on vortex installed, but every time I try to launch with SKSE I get a DLL...The SoS .dll is notorious for this nonsense. It particularly misbehaves if it gets moved around in the plugin list for any reason. I'm trying to recall if 1.5.97 had an updated .dll somewhere. I seem to remember that maybe it did; if so, it was in a LL thread.
