To clean the comp, I just dip a toothbrush in CLP and scrub it. For the end of the gold barrel, rub it on a Birchwood Casey Lead Remover and Polishing Cloth. Comes right off. I also shoot better with the Comp slide for whatever strange reason In fact I shoot the original 365 with the original sights best of all (by a tiny bit) even though the Macro Comp has a 507k on it .
