We have 3 Fios Mini Boxes and One Fios One Box. The colors on the 4K channels (1491/1492) in ONLY the main Fios One box appear washed out but work great on the 3 mini boxes. We swapped coax, HDMI, and TVs to test this and it appears to be the Fios One Box centric issue. We did all the other resets too.I am a Verizon Fios subscriber and have been for about 11 months since leaving DirecTV. From the start of the service I've never been particularly impressed with the HD picture. (Samsung LCD HD 50" / LG 55" 4k ULED as of November) There is definite tiling / pixelation when you are anywhere near the TV and the color is just lifeless.We've had FIOS for years, and suddenly this week the VOD is having a problem. The shows play, but the picture is choppy (almost pixellated), and sound goes in and out. I called FIOS and did a hard reset of the router, problem still exists.Why Verizon and/or Motorola can't is beyond me. I had heard from the Verizon Tech on the phone, that they (Verizon) were planning to replace the STBs for (among other reasons) continuing problems with the HDMI conncetor on the STB. Mine for one is DEAD. She said they planned to have the new boxes available starting in August.Kudos to gknee on 9/10. The ability for the STB to fully support PIP exist and is provided by competing cable systems. My sister in law lives in CA and subscribes to Cox, they use the Scientific Atlanta STB that fully supports PIP.
