Technically you could make it work if primarily focusing on attack and aggressive DE farming for about 8 months (with gold pass) but TH13 adds insult to injury compared to 12. At 12 you’re talking 21-40 on warden, at 13 41-50. 51-65 for king/queen at 12, at 13 66-75.
