(This anchor holds up to 30lbs) Then attach the hook to the exposed side of the nail. It'll look something like this.Depending on the design of your house maybe you could rig up some kind of pulley system to hoist the basket up. Use a backpack of some variety to carry the clean stuff up and 5hen fold it all upstairs. Or fashion straps to attach to the basket (if it's appropriately sized and shaped) so you could carry it up that way. Mine is downstairs too.
