1038 posts · Joined 2002. #5 · Jul 14, 2002. I know guys have been using the Aluma Hyde on synthetic rifle stocks with good results. It does take a LONG time to cure, as in weeks. Don't touch your frame for at least a week once it's been sprayed or the stuff will chip.
