08-03-2023, 12:55 PM. Request some expertise reviewing my datalog (warm idle with few raps of throttle). New Sniper user on fresh SBF 302 engine rebuild. Finally got it to idle decent after re-centering secondary throttle blades (massive vacuum leak). Timing synchronization was completed.Most of the reviews on the retrofit modules had been good. I'm going to ask the vendor that I am going to use which is best before make my finale decision. When I'm cruising at low speed and let off the throttle the Sniper does not return to idle. The RPM stays at about 1000-1100. If I blip the throttle it'll return to the set idle of 750 RPM. My buddy with the Sniper has the same issue except his RPM stays even higher, around 1200-1400 RPM.
