I sent an email to Engo and their reply was to pull it apart and see if it needs grease. The manual states it is lubed at the factory and doesn't need maintenance. This winch has seen very little use and has never been submerged and is always covered. It was noisy new out-of-the-box. Just wondering if this is normal for Engo winches.ENGO Winch.
