Comcast remote does not work
They received a RNG150N cable box with an XR2 remote. The XR2 remote paired easily with their TV and AVR. However, out of the box it will not communicate with the RNG150N cable box. I cannot power off, change channels, or send any commands to the box. Holding down setup and then pressing the xfinity button does not connect to the box either.1 reply. I just set up the Playbar. Initially, the remote controlled the TV volume, but after a few min, I cannot control the TV volume via either the TV remote or the Sonos app. I've been to the "changing TVs" link and it mentions going to Room Settings and then Change Remote. This is not a listed option under my Room Settings menu.
