I am building Skill/Arcane. The double scaling let's you push both stats to the beginning of the soft cap. Nah, it'll just get a boost in arcane damage. There are other gems you can get which will increase all damage sources, which are good for this weapon.The burial blade is good against enemies not so great in pvp it misses a lot when two handed and really leaves you wide open the one handed sword is decent but in my experience the burial blade is always just short of finishing someone off while the mercy blades always finish the job.
