I run full health commando and rifleman. Railways, Lasers and Plasma Rifles are all great non stealth options. Even Handmades and Fixers can be used just take off the suppresor and you get some range back. Hello! I've finally reached the level where I'm looking to shed some Intelligence perks and move on to a final build. I've been a bloodied stealth commando since as long as I've had my first Bloodied Fixer (B/25AP) years ago, and now I'm looking to do all the damage without worrying about the leveling up grind - I'm just here to learn all the plans, improve my C.A.M.P.'s aesthetic, and help ...Bump up concentrated fire. I would also move at least one point from sneak to escape artist, you need that ability to go back into sneak quickly if your cover is blown. Finally you may find blocker is more useful than bandolier as it keeps you alive.
