Jan 7, 2012 · Help leaking axle seal! ok so i took my tundra to the shop to have a new rear wheelbearing installed with new seals and so forth, i have the truck back 2 days the seals pissing diff fluid all over my tire, i take it back, they tell be that the new inner seal is faulty and they replace it, i get the truck back i drive it to work the next day ...During taking care of the recent recall, my dealer told me that both my rear axles are leaking (x5 2016 diesel). Not urgent but in need of fixing. Of course, this is happening right after 50,000 miles. 1. Isn't it unusual to have real axle leaks (both sides) in a car less than 60,000 miles?
