My F150 shifts hard from first to second, the vss in the rear differential was broke off, so i recently replaced it thinking that it would fix the problem. It did not. I've noticed that I can feel a harder downshift from 6th to 5th gear when I let off the throttle and let it loose speed. The downshift occurs just under 40mph.
