So after a lot of research I found a distributor cap and rotor made by msd that fits the ramjet distributor. I have the tool to set the base timing but the manual says to adjust it to 10* BTDC using a timing light.

My Ramjet damper did not have a 10 degrees mark. I had to put a mark on the damper 9/16" before the zero mark and set the timing to that mark with a timing light.
